I have taken
Periwinkle off the market. Seems I wasn't as ready to retire
as I thought. Every time I talked to interested buyers I felt
sad. . . not a good sign. I love this little shop and my
wonderful friends, customers, consignors. I am
inspired and energized by my involvement with the Klamath
Falls Downtown Association as it works to keep our beautiful
downtown thriving and full of fun things to do and great places to
shop and eat.

Color of 2010
TURQUOISE
According to the Pantone Color Institute, turquoise is
believed to be a "protective talisman, a color of deep
compassion and healing, a color of faith and truth, inspired by
water and sky." Gosh, no wonder we love it! (Envision an
escape to a tropical island surrounded by turquoise water and
sky!) Plus "they" say it looks good on everyone
because it has both warm and cool tones. ("They" say the
same thing about the color periwinkle!) Turquoise is a most
versatile color as well--wear with neutrals like white, khaki and
tan; it loves denim and black; adores navy, red, violet and lime
green and teal. Wear your turquoise jewelry, too! The

I so appreciate the time so many of you took to
